After spending time in Washington, D.C., our International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) group from Ecuador  headed west to meet with a variety of individuals and organizations to learn more about advocacy work and the protection of employment rights for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender people in the United States.
